✦ Any 3 night weekend break or 4 night midweek break, from October to March, (excluding half terms & Christmas/New Year) is £395.

✦ Arrivals 3pm onwards.

✦ Departures by 10am unless prior agreement.

✦ One small (well behaved) dog allowed at £20 short stay / £30 per week.

✦ A deposit is required once we have confirmed availability. Remaining balance to be paid no less than 2 months before your stay.

✦ Cancellations: If you cancel up to 2 months before your stay, we will refund your deposit in full. After this time, we are unable to refund your booking unless we can fill the vacancy.
