Sunnydene Cottage Sutton is a beach chalet style holiday cottage in the heart of this charming seaside town. The holiday cottage was tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished (in 2014) by owners Mary and Rob, matching the same high standards that they have at their other cottage – Seaside Cottage, Surfside, also in Sutton-on-Sea.

In 2020 further improvements were made to make Sunnydene a warm, comfy stay all year round. Gas central heating was installed, plus a much larger walk in shower, new flooring with extra insulation and a fresh coat of paint inside and out.

Sunnydene is ideally situated for all that Sutton and the East Coast has to offer. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, paddling pool, tennis courts and pleasure gardens. Close to a bus stop for access to Skegness etc.

The cottage has all modern facilities, including free Wifi and Netflix. It provides comfortable, stylish accommodation for 1 to 4 people (a cot can be provided). Outside is gated off road parking and a large secure, private garden with garden furniture for the summer months.
